I hope you have had a sensational week and you are enjoying this chilly winter. The days are getting cooler and it sometimes a little difficult to get motivated.

Well even though the weather is cooler there are lots of HOT things happening with Mary Kay this year we have seen the launch of some sensational products and amazing opportunities.

The last few weeks have been a little crazy for me I have been doing a lot of travel so life has been a bit of a whirlwind. A couple of weeks ago I did a very quick trip to Canberra and caught up with a few of the Canberra consultants it was really wonderful to see you girls again. I am planning another trip in the next few months so I will keep you posted.

Today I taught at the ESRS program in Beenleigh the program has a new format so I would really recommend if at all possible you attend for a refresh. Check the community page for dates and locations.

While I was there today I had an opportunity to catch up with Director Tracey Woodland who is our guest this week on Mondays with Julie. Tracey is a veteran of Mary Kay just like me I am sure you will enjoy her story.

Wow! What a brilliant month we had with unit sales over $11,000.00 well done to everyone who contributed to the AWESOME success of the Davis Dream Team.

I don’t know about you but I am a little excited about the momentum that is happening in our unit. We are in operation grow the energy around our unit is amazing!

By now you will have seen the applause magazine with the fantastic new product launches. The foundations have hit the market with a big bang! This week my message is short and sweet! We are fast approaching the festive season, if you don’t believe me check out the shops.

November 16 is the launch date of the dazzling Christmas range, if you have received your applause magazine this month you will have received a brochure full of gift giving ideas. There is a selection of new reales products and some of our regular lines.

I have made a video that you can send on to your clients or local business owners as a preview to our range. You can then follow up with a phone call or a visit and look for opportunities to promote the beautiful Christmas range.

Each year I normally hold an open house to catch up with friends and clients I find that this is a great opportunity to build lasting relationships and to promote your business. The list is endless and your earning potential unlimited.

I am away for the next seven days at a business coaching conference being held here on the Gold Coast. I am committed to becoming the best possible me and enjoy spending time with like minded people. Next week I will be introducing you to a couple of very special friends of mine who will share with you their journey and the fundamental things they have done to lead them to success.

I am also looking forward to introducing you to our newest Davis Dream Team members next Monday.

I don’t know about you but I am so excited to about all the exciting announcements in this month’s Applause Magazine!  Applause is jam packed with new products, rewards and opportunities. You really don’t want to miss out on the latest promotion to celebrate Mary Kay’s 40th anniversary seminar promotion “Girlfriends Get-Away” promotion featured on page 10.

I think it would be a fantastic opportunity for The Davis Dream Team girls to spend some time relaxing, shopping and doing girlfriend stuff.  This promotion is definitely on my list of things to achieve this year!

Today I have some special guests with me (even Cher…the cat) Our Queen of Sales for July Melissa Britton and our newest team member Stephanie Williams.

Both Stephanie and Melissa share how they feel about their Mary Kay business and how it has had a positive impact on their lives since joining Mary Kay.  I feel very blessed and honoured to be the leader of such an amazing group of women.

I have some very exciting plans over the coming months and hope you will be part of the growth of the Davis Dream Team.
